Here are answers to some of the most common inquiries about our Boston Tall Ships cruises.

Is there parking available at the dock?

Yes, there is ample free parking available near the dock. 

What is the duration of the cruise?

Many cruises have different durations, check details for each cruise. You must arrive one hour before scheduled sailing time. Boarding begins 30 minutes before scheduled sailing time. 

Are the cruises wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our cruise boats are equipped to accommodate conventional wheelchairs. However, per U.S. Coast Guard regulations, there are some limitations for wheelchairs once on board the vessel. Please contact us in advance to ensure a smooth experience.

What is the smoking policy?

Our vessel is a smoke free environment. Smoking, vaping or use of marijuana or other drugs is forbidden on any areas of the vessel.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Food and drinks cannot be brought onboard. All cruises offer passed hors d'oevres, some additionally offer a light dinner. Additionally, we offer a snack bar with a selection of snacks and soft beverages for purchase. A full cash bar with beer, wine and cocktails is available. All purchases onboard are cash only. There is an ATM available in our ticket office. United States Coast Guard regulations strictly forbid bringing alcoholic beverages onboard.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is our #1 priority. In case of severe or inclement weather, we will contact you as soon if a decision is made to cancel. A cancellation decision may be made by your cruise captain(s) any time from the actual cruise departure time up to 12 hours before departure time. If the cruise is cancelled you will receive a full refund.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Cancellation is allowed by telephone only, up to 48 hours up to the scheduled departure time. No shows are non refundable.
